The specific brand has a known safety defect and there is a push to eliminate them from service. Another common brand with a known safety hazard is Zinsco brand and it has the same push to eliminate its use. Many times breaker panels simply get old and must be replaced as an emergency, which results in higher cost to the customer. Don't let your breaker panel get so old that it becomes an emergency call.
